These terms of use govern your access to and use of the website at this domain (the “Site”), which is operated by DTCS Engineering Pty Ltd (ABN 32 050 336 975) (“DTCS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 5. Links to other websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those websites, and a link does not imply our endorsement of them. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by that law.
